The Elum Letterpress plates are for personal non-commercial use only. The designs in the plates are copyrighted designs owned by Elum, and may only be used according to the terms of this Agreement. Any use of the designs in violation of this agreement is a violation of United States Copyright Law and other state and federal laws. Elum grants a limited license to the original purchaser for personal non-commercial use only. The designs may not be commercially printed and/or sold under any circumstances without prior written permission of Elum and payment of an additional license fee to Elum. Elum retains ownership of all copyrights to the designs, and the plates may not be reproduced, redistributed or resold without written permission of Elum. The designs may be printed from the plates only, and may not be copied, scanned or reproduced in any other manner other than by use of the plates themselves.
